Property Sourcing:
If you are a Property Investor with a current property portfolio which you manage yourself and you are simply looking for more properties to invest in, we will source these properties for you, negotiate the best possible price on your behalf and put you in contact with the seller, for a once-off sourcing fee. (5% of the negotiated purchase price)
Interest Generation:
Should you be looking to venture into property investment, but don’t want to be troubled with the management or sourcing of a project, we offer you the opportunity to invest your funds for a fixed period of time at a fixed interest rate which will give you a better return on your investment than what any bank would be able to provide you with.
The interest is paid as either a Balloon payment at the end of the investment period or as monthly payments with the capital investment repaid at the end of the investment period. This period would be for a shorter investment period than what you would be able to access from our South African banking institutions for a much higher return on investment (12-15% of investment).
Project Management:
This option goes hand-in-hand as an addition to our Property Sourcing. This means we will manage the project on your behalf, employing our network of experts to take the project from start to completion. We also provide our Real Estate professionals to market and sell your investment property.
We have monthly feedback meetings with our investors to advise them on the progress of each project as well as to get their input on design of their properties. The Project Management fee will amount to 10% of the project’s total cost.
Joint Ventures:
For the investor that would like to just make an investment and have a profit share at the end of the project, we provide the option to enter into a Joint Venture with G-TEC Property Group. We will employ our team of professionals to see any project through from start to finish and our investor will receive a predetermined share of the profits upon completion.
